Even though you have left the Plan, it is still really important that you keep us informed if you change address or if your circumstances change (e.g., if you get married, divorced, or become a parent).

If we don’t have your latest address, we can’t keep you informed about important Plan news. It might also lead to a delay in the payment of benefits, when you decide you want to draw your pension, or if you die.

It’s also important to keep your Beneficiary Nomination Form up-to-date, as this tells the trustees who you would like to receive any benefits from the Plan on your death.

Remember, you can view your own details and make changes through our secure member website, OneView.

  • Check how much money is in your account.
  • Find out where your account is invested and make changes if you want.
  • Change your selected retirement age.
  • Update your Beneficiary Nomination Form should the worst happen.
  • Use OneView’s retirement planning tools to explore your options.

Before you can start using OneView, you need to register using the Default User ID that Mercer sent you when OneView was first made available.
