PENSION SURGERIES

Pension surgeries are available to current employees of Caterpillar who are either in the DC Plan or eligible to join the DC Plan.

The in-house Caterpillar pensions team runs pension surgeries for employees, every Wednesday afternoon between 2pm and 5pm.

Appointments are 15 minutes long and are telephone-based to allow us to offer the service to all employees in a consistent manner.

You can use the online form to book your pension surgery. If you don’t have access to a computer at work, or need help with the form, you can ask your supervisor or manager, or a member of the HR or HR on-site teams to fill it out on your behalf.

Appointments are allocated on a first come, first served basis. However, if you need to talk to someone more urgently please email the team directly on ukpensions@cat.com, or call the team on 01733 584777.
